Watch Warranty
M8M Luxury Watches is an independent retailer and not an authorized dealer of the brands we offer. All watches are supplied with their respective manufacturer warranties where applicable, and the duration of coverage is determined by the original brand.
Watch Repair Services
In the event of a fault or issue, the watch must be returned to M8M Luxury Watches for inspection. Our dedicated service center, staffed by experienced and certified watchmakers, will carefully assess the timepiece and carry out the necessary repairs. The repair timeframe will depend on the complexity and nature of the issue.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects. It does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, including scratches, finish deterioration, or damage to straps made from leather, rubber, or fabric. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or exposure beyond the manufacturer’s specified conditions, including water resistance limits, is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Conditions
All warranty-related repairs must be handled exclusively by M8M Luxury Watches. Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or opening of the product by third parties will immediately void the warranty. During the valid warranty period, repair costs for covered issues, including parts and labor, will be managed based on our technical assessment.
Return Shipping for Repairs
For customers within the UAE, return shipping for repaired items is covered by M8M Luxury Watches. For international customers, all shipping-related costs, including return delivery, remain the responsibility of the customer.
